So I am listening to this song 'Meet Me After Dark' by NO
the most characteristic thing about the song is a strumming acoustic guitar that carries all through the song and gives the rhythmic drive.
It gets your foot skipping along and maybe if you are in a good mood you’ll start dancing.
If you are waiting for guitar solos or a drum fill you will be disappointed, there’s a solid instrumental section with a fitting but reticent drums & bass part.
The next thing to notice is the vocal work, very nice backing vocal arrangements, a classic bridge and highlights at the end of the song.
A very nice production all in all, very easy listening and made for the masses – so most people will like it!

Meet me after dark is a happy peppy driving song – reminded me very much of the Beatles where the band NO take their inspiration from. It is entertainig – let’s see what more comes out of their creative minds!
